What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the Coventure website. By browsing it, you're accepting them. If you don't, please stop using the site.

Coventure is part of the University of Lincoln. The University is the legal entity behind this site and behind any agreement you go on to make with us.

What they don't cover

This is the important bit. Nothing on this website is a contract, and nothing here overrides one. If you take a desk, an office, a virtual tenancy, a meeting room or a place on a support programme, that's a separate written agreement with its own terms, and those terms are the ones that count.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. They're not an offer, and availability changes.

Keeping the site accurate

We work hard to keep this site correct and current, but we can't promise it's free of errors or always up to date. Availability, pricing and programme details change, sometimes at short notice. Before you make a decision that matters, please check with us directly.

Using the site sensibly

You're welcome to use this site. Please don't:

• Use it for anything unlawful, or to break someone else's rights.
• Try to gain access to parts of it you haven't been given access to, or to the systems behind it.
• Introduce anything malicious, or deliberately overload it so other people can't use it.
• Scrape it wholesale, or reuse our content commercially without asking.
• Submit anything false, abusive, or someone else's personal information.

Who owns what's on it

The design, text, photography, the Coventure name and the wordmark belong to the University or to whoever licensed them to us. You're free to read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our permission first, so please just ask.

Where we feature tenant businesses, their names and logos belong to them.

Sites we link to

We link out to tenants, partners, funders and booking platforms because it's useful. Those sites aren't ours and we don't control them, so a link isn't an endorsement and we can't take responsibility for what's on them.

Linking to us is fine and welcome, as long as it's honest about the relationship and doesn't suggest an association or approval that isn't there.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its review date at the bottom.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
