Two things tenants raise before anything else: you can park, which almost nowhere central can offer, and there is a cafe in the building, so a client meeting does not start with finding somewhere to have it.

The bigger end of the range

Think Tank holds the largest offices coventure has. If a team has outgrown a room at Sparkhouse or the Enterprise Building, this is usually where it goes next.

  • Rooms with space in them

    Units built for a company with staff, not a founder with a laptop. Take the one that fits the team you have now.

  • Priced by the floor space

    From £632+VAT a month, set by the size of the office. Once it is set it stays where it started.

  • Park, and eat, on site

    Two spaces per office, and a cafe in the building. Both are rare enough near the centre to be worth saying.
